This Privacy Policy sets out how OZON uses and protects any information that you give us when you use this site, which can be accessed from the following web address www.ozon.com

It may be modified or completed at any time by OZON, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological changes. In such a case, the date of its update will be identified at the top of this policy. These changes are binding on the User as soon as they are posted online. OZON therefore invites the User to regularly consult this privacy policy in order to take note of any changes.

1. Personal data

You may browse the Site without providing any personal information about yourself. Nevertheless, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services.

Indeed, you will be asked for certain personal data if you fill in a form on the Site (name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, etc., hereinafter your “Personal Data”). By providing this information, you expressly agree that it may be processed by OZON, for the purposes indicated in point 1.2. below and, where applicable, for the purposes indicated at the end of each form. We do not collect any personal data without your knowledge or prior consent. Only personal data provided voluntarily will be collected, data that we undertake to keep in optimal security conditions.

Moreover, in no case do we collect or process personal data of a sensitive nature, revealing, directly or indirectly, your racial or ethnic origins, your political, philosophical or religious opinions, your trade union membership, your health, or your sex life.

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, applicable as of May 25, 2018 in all countries of the European Union, known as the European Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to under the initials “RGPD”), and the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, OZON informs you of the following points:

1.3. Recipients

Only OZON is the recipient of your Personal Data. This data, whether in individual or aggregated form, is never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors that OZON uses. Neither OZON nor any of its subcontractors market the personal data of visitors and users of the Website.

1.4. Shelf life

The Personal Data are kept by OZON only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection. In any case, it cannot exceed 3 years.

1.5.2. Right to rectify data

1.6. Response times

OZON undertakes to respond to your requests for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the receipt of your request.

1.7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

OZON informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and may have access to the data collected through the forms on the Site. OZON has previously ensured that its service providers provide adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions regarding confidentiality, use and data protection. In particular, vigilance has been exercised to ensure that there is a legal basis for any transfer of data to a third country (such as Binding Corporate Rules or Privacy Shield).

2. COOKIE POLICY

When you first connect to the OZON website, you are warned by a banner that information relating to your navigation may be recorded in cookie files. You will find below information on the cookies present on our Site, their purpose, and the methods for setting cookies.

OZON, as the publisher of the Site, uses cookies. The information collected through cookies does not in any way identify you by name.
